A:Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Requests
Due to our fast order processing speed, we are often unable to cancel an order once it has been placed, as it may enter the shipping pipeline within hours.
If you wish to cancel, you must immediately contact us at services@punkravestore.com. We will attempt to cancel your order only if it has not yet been prepared for shipment.
No cancellations are guaranteed.
After Your Order Has Shipped
We cannot cancel or modify any order after it has been shipped.
If you no longer want the order after it has shipped, you have two options:
Option 1: Refuse Delivery - Please be aware that if you refuse delivery, the package is often destroyed by the local postal service without being returned to us. In this case, you will not be eligible for any refund.
Option 2: Accept Delivery and Initiate a Return - To be eligible for a refund, you must first accept the delivery and then follow our standard Return Process under Section B.
B. Refund & Return Policy
1. Return Timeframe
Our policy lasts for 30 days from the date of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within this 30-day period. We understand that shipping the item back may take some time, and we offer a reasonable grace period for the return package to arrive at our warehouse.
2. Return Eligibility
To complete your return, the item must meet the following conditions:
It must be unused, unworn, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging, with all tags attached.
You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Important: You must first contact our customer service team at services@punkravestore.com, Returns shipped without an order number clearly marked on the outside of the package will not be accepted.
3. Non-returnable Items
The following types of items cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Items marked as final sale or clearance.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or shows signs of use for reasons not due to our error.
4. Important Refusal of Delivery Policy
Please DO NOT refuse a delivered package.
If you refuse delivery of your order, the package will often be destroyed by the local postal service without being returned to us, and we receive no proof of its disposition.
In this case, we reserve the right to NOT issue a refund.
If you wish to return an item, you must first accept the delivery and then follow our standard return process outlined below.
5. Return Process
Contact Us: Email services@punkravestore.com within 30 days of your purchase date to request a return and obtain your RMA number.
Ship Your Item: Mail your return to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Send Us the Tracking Number: After shipping your return, you MUST email us the tracking number. This is crucial for locating your package.

6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that the cost of the original outbound and return shipping is non-refundable.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after it was approved, please:
Check your bank account and credit card statement again.
Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at services@punkravestore.com.
8. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for this reason, please contact us at services@punkravestore.com.
9. Return Shipping & Liability
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for your return. We are not liable for any return packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. It is your responsibility to ensure the package reaches our warehouse. Without proof of successful delivery to our return address (provided by us), we cannot process a refund.
