Terrible service, coat too small

I am a slim 5’ 10” but even the large coat was too small in the arms. The quality didn’t seem that great either. I needed to return it. I asked how to return it and they replied that I would be reimbursed for the coat and shipping unless it was found to be damaged or wrong item. I had to return it all the way to China! Return shipping was expensive! Now they are refusing to reimburse my return shipping charges and no said they may deduct customs charges from my return…all this stated AFTER I gave them my return tracking number and sent it off! I have an email trail where they stated I could return it any way I wished and all they needed was tracking! The return shipping was almost the cost of the coat so right now I haven’t even received a refund for the coat since they’re waiting for it to be received next month! And I’m out the $125 to return the item!

Don’t order from them unless you plan to love and keep the crappy item you get!
